Couldn't understand why they chose to interview OG in a presidential suite room in a high-class hotel. It made the girls feel reticent, especially so for Satoda as I noticed she didn't even dare raise her voice when she was talking. And despite Rika and Yossi was laughing constantly at her 'jokes', the joker herself had appeared oblivious.
It's fun to see Rika turning to Yossi to ask the meaning of a word she doesn't understand. Audience. It kind of surprised me. Being a artist who performs regularly on stage, how can she not know this word? I got another surprise when it was Mai-chin who eventually explained to Rika what the word means. Rika, being a 'non-loser', said that since she is a Japanese, it's all right to not know a non-Japanese word.
When Tenboss mentioned the word 'ORGASM', I just think they are innately low-class, though they tried to look professional, but guys will always be guys. Secretly, they relish in 'sekuhara', especially when there are three pretty girls present.
When the girls were asked "What does 'being alive' mean for an artist?" Mai-chin's answer (death) was such a winner that it got Yossi and Rika cracking up loudly. Yossi, especially, was so amused that she had to hide behind her hands laughing. The last part where Mai-chin added that 'it's for death's sake' was so "???" that it just made Yossi 'happier'. In fact most of the times, Mai-chin's answers were simply '无理头' (I can't think of a English word so I use a chinese word) while her serious expression told you she had killed many brain cells trying to come out with it. And she wasn't trying to be funny, but dead serious about the whole thing. She's so fun to have around. I finally understand why Yossi and Mai-chin end up as good friends.
But through this little episode, I also see that Rika is less tolerant towards 'nonsense'. She stopped laughing at Mai-chin's antics after a while, but when she saw Yossi still laughing, she joined in again. A part when you see Rika genuinely laughing, was when she's actually 'sneering'. Not that I don't like it. In fact, I LOVE it when she does that. Like she's being herself and enjoying everything. I hope she does that more often.
When Tenboss mentioned about having them (OG) on the show next time, Rika hoped Waon wouldn't try to be this 'formal' again. (my sentiments exactly ^^)

hey there... a new 1444 fan here. i love your blog, nice job! =)
this is random but speaking of yossie and her friends.... i have always been able to understand her strong bond with ayaka and mai.... but somehow.... she just doesn't seem like the kind who would have rika as her best friend.... i mean, if you look at their personalities....
but the fact that she is so close to her (at least from what we see), it has always puzzled me a little. in fact i always get the feeling that her interactions with rika is a bit different from that with ayaka and mai.... although she probably calls all 3 as her best friends, yet... idk... somehow i feel that yossie is still a bit unnatural and uncomfortable around rika at times... like she is more conscious of what she does when rika is around...
or it could just be my imagination XD
Haha ^^
And we all know what that means ^____^
